Hankel Elementary: World Math Day – Pi Day Activities
Math is not just 3.14 — it is something students can see, explore, and experience.
March 14 is World Math Day (Pi Day).
At #HankelInternationalAcademyLinkou Elementary, teachers introduced students to Pi (π) and its meaning. Through fun and hands-on activities, students learned math in an engaging way.

Pi Art Activity
Students created colorful wave patterns based on the numbers of π.This helped them see the rhythm and pattern of numbers through colors and shapes.
Pi Bracelet Activity
Students used different colors to represent numbers and made bracelets following the sequence of π.
This activity helped them become familiar with the digits of Pi and understand the connection between circles and π.

Sudoku Challenge
Students solved Sudoku puzzles using observation and logical thinking.
As they completed more puzzles, they built confidence and enjoyed the challenge.
